A full body workout utilizing all major muscle groups. This class is designed to strengthen, sculpt, and define the body by using light to moderate resistance with high repetitions. The class is performed with an aerobic step, barbell and weighted plates.
A full body, high intensity workout that is designed to push you to reach your overall fitness goals. Circuit and interval training which helps develop strength, stamina, and agility.
All aspiring and current cheerleaders/dancers would benefit from this class by practicing presentation, technique, basic motions, jumps, etc. We may work on specific cheers, chants, and/or routines. An easy-to-follow workout that helps build muscular strength, improve joint mobility and increase cardiovascular endurance. Light weight resistance included. This class meets Monday - Friday from 10:30 - 11:30am, and is led by various instructors.

A cardio experience that will challenge you! This class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and strength, and includes interval training by increasing and decreasing tension and speed.
This class will get your athlete in shape to play sports. We will work on strength, agility, coordination, and overall conditioning. This class is also offered and will be tailored to specific sports for team sessions (i.e. cheer, basketball, soccer, etc.). *Must sign-up in advance. Call for pricing.
A slow-paced, beginner-style practice for those with varying degrees of strength and flexibility and new to yoga. We will practice breathing techniques, balance, flexibility, and meditation. Full-body relaxation, improved balance, and increased flexibility are the goals through our basic yoga pranas.
