Body Sculpt


A full body workout utilizing all major muscle groups. This class is designed to strengthen, sculpt, and define the body by using light to moderate resistance with high repetitions. The class is performed with an aerobic step, barbell and weighted plates.


Boot Camp


A full body, high intensity workout that is designed to push you to reach your overall fitness goals. Circuit and interval training which helps develop strength, stamina, and agility.



Dance Fit


A calorie-burning mix of cardio dance moves, body resistance training, and core work. Routines are fun, easy to follow, and remain the same throughout the month.  (*1st Wednesday of every month.)



Silver Sneakers


An easy-to-follow workout that helps build muscular strength, improve joint mobility and increase cardiovascular endurance. Light weight resistance included. This class meets Monday - Friday from 10:30 - 11:30am, and is led by various instructors.

Spinning


A cardio experience that will challenge you! This class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and strength, and includes interval training by increasing and decreasing tension and speed.
